Specialising in M&A, Rory has over 15 years’ experience advising entrepreneurs, owner-managers, and UK and international private equity backed businesses across a range of transactions including sale mandates, acquisitions and MBOs.    

Rory has an extensive track record in oil field services transactions and has also advised across a broad range of other sectors including food & drink, retail and manufacturing. 

Prior to BDO he was with Royal Bank of Scotland for five years where he led the leveraged finance team facing off primarily to private equity backed oilfield service companies.
