Ross Swan

I lead the Regulatory Solutions team within our Consulting, Risk and Outsourcing practice. With 20 years of experience, I specialise in resource augmentation and managed regulatory programmes, transforming the operational performance of financial services businesses.

My focus is on helping firms react, build resilience and achieve improvements during times of crisis and regulatory scrutiny. My team and I have delivered some of the largest complaints, remediation and outcome testing programmes for banks, building societies, consumer credit firms, payments firms, insurance firms, pension and investment firms and regulatory bodies.

Before joining, I worked with Regulatory Finance Solutions, KPMG and RSA Insurance Group, leading operational transformation and global shared services initiatives.

Outside work, I enjoy running, swimming and volunteering in the local community. I've completed several marathons and previously served as chair of governors for a local primary school.
