Ryan Biscomb

I am a Partner in the Transaction Services team and Head of Maritime Advisory at BDO.

I provide corporate finance transaction and advisory services in the UK and internationally, with significant experience leading cross-border transactions. My focus in recent years has been financial due diligence, strategic advisory and reporting accountant assignments.

I am passionate about building long-term trusted relationships with clients, helping them navigate complex transactions through clear, commercially focused advice.

In addition to my client-facing responsibilities, I am a member of BDO's Corporate Finance Technical Committee. I am also a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Shipwrights and hold the Freedom of the City of London.
