I'm a Director in our People Advisory Solutions team, where I lead our Talent and Culture Solutions. I help you build environments where people and performance thrive, by creating high performing teams, improving culture, shaping talent strategies, embedding inclusion and strengthening the employee experience. I work with organisations to define and embed high-performing cultures, partnering closely with leadership teams to align around strategy, purpose and ways of working that drive sustainable performance.
I work with privately owned businesses, multinational corporations and not for profit organisations across a wide range of sectors. Partnering with CPOs, CEOs, CHROs and CFOs, I support organisations to strengthen culture, shape compelling Employee Value Propositions, build high performing teams and improve talent management and acquisition approaches that make engagement and retention stick. I work with leaders and executive teams, translating strategic intent into clear cultural priorities, and shaping the people and leadership practices needed to support them.
I have over 20 years' experience specialising in culture, leadership, talent strategy and equity, diversity and inclusion. I've led large, complex, multi country programmes with delivery teams of more than 100 people, helping organisations define their culture, improve engagement and retention, reduce time and cost per hire and improve outcomes for diverse talent. I'm an accredited Team Coach with extensive experience working with Boards and C suite leaders, and I sit on our internal Future Culture Advisory Board, contributing to firm-wide thinking on the future of work.
