I'm a Partner in our Transaction Services Group with a specific focus on real estate. I have extensive deal experience across all real estate asset classes and advise CFOs, investment committees and management teams throughout the transaction lifecycle, on deals ranging up to £20bn.

I work with private equity, strategic corporate buyers, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth investors. You'll come to me for clear, commercially aware advice on buy-side and sell-side transactions across operating real estate, house builders and developers, where understanding the asset class and the deal dynamics matters as much as the numbers.

Before joining our team I spent many years as a partner at a Big Four firm, and I have more than 20 years of transaction experience behind every engagement. I take a hands-on approach, working alongside client teams from early-stage assessment through to completion and integration, so decisions are grounded in both the financial picture and the operational realities of the sector.
