Shirley Rogan

I'm an Audit Partner with 20 years' experience and Head of People and Culture for Audit. I joined our Audit Executive Board in January 2026, where I lead the people, culture and purpose portfolio for the Audit stream and support our high performing teams framework and Audit Specific Behaviours.

You'll typically find me working with fast growth companies on their journey to a transaction or listing. I have significant experience providing reporting accountant and HFI work for UK and US transactions, including IPOs in both markets, Class 1 transactions and private acquisitions. I focus on value-add feedback to management teams and their investors, prioritising the issues that matter most to the exit story.

Across my career I've worked with businesses ranging from private equity portfolio companies to PLCs, across a wide range of sectors and more recently with a deliberate focus on life sciences. I've supported international clients through transformation projects, systems changes and controls implementations as they look to expand or acquire globally. I'm proud to have held a number of roles in equality, diversity and inclusivity, and that same passion for people shapes how I lead our Audit teams.
