Simon Hall

I am a Partner in the Transaction Services team, and lead Real Estate and Sports sectors for our Deals stream.

I specialise in due diligence for corporate, PE/fund and financial buyers, vendor assistance, vendor due diligence and capital markets transactions including IPOs, public fundraises and plc takeovers.

I joined the London Transaction Services team in 2010, having previously worked in Audit and Business Restructuring in Bristol. I have considerable transaction experience, having worked on hundreds of deals spanning a range of sectors, but am a specialist in real estate (including operational real estate asset classes), sports & leisure and public/capital markets transactions for listed, PE, High Net Worth and corporate clients.
