Sophie Kasiri

I am a Director in the Deal Advisory – Transaction Services team based in our London office. I specialise in buy-side and sell-side due diligence, as well as capital markets transactions on the Main Market and AIM.

With over 15 years of experience, I support a diverse range of businesses, from entrepreneurial owner-managed firms and private equity investors to FTSE-listed companies, helping them maximise value as they navigate their growth strategies. Having completed more than 150 transactions, I bring a broad sector perspective, with a particular specialism within the professional services sector.

What I enjoy most about my role is working closely with clients as a trusted adviser. I take pride in delivering clear guidance, tackling challenges openly, and ensuring transparent communication throughout every stage of the transaction.

Outside of work, I enjoy family life with my young child - a role that continues to teach me negotiation, resilience, and the subtle art of bribery! When I'm not dashing between sports sessions, I love travelling and discovering new restaurants.
