I’m a Director in our Deal Advisory, Transaction Services team based in London. I specialise in buy-side and sell-side due diligence, as well as capital markets transactions on the Main Market and AIM. With more than 15 years of experience and over 150 completed transactions, people come to me for clear, practical advice that helps them make confident decisions at critical points in their growth journey.

I work with entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses, private equity investors and FTSE-listed companies across a wide range of sectors. While I bring broad transaction experience, I have particular expertise in the Professional Services sector.
