I'm a Managing Director in the Debt Advisory team in London. My team and I advise a wide range of private equity-owned and private companies when raising debt.

Before joining the firm, I spent 32 years with Lloyds Banking Group, starting in retail banking and progressing through SME business banking, corporate credit and leveraged finance. I spent ten years as an originator in the mid-market Strategic Debt Finance unit, the last four as Director, where I was responsible for lending to corporate and private equity-owned businesses with EBITDA of up to £25m across a wide variety of sectors.

That long career on the lending side means I understand what lenders look for and how to position a business for the best possible debt outcome, whether from clearing banks or non-bank lenders.
