I'm a Chartered Surveyor and member of the Association of Tax Technicians, specialising in capital allowances for over 20 years. I advise on all areas of capital allowances for the acquisition and disposal of property and expenditure including construction, refurbishment, fitting out and capital contributions.

My work covers capital allowances modelling, due diligence, transaction structuring, claim analysis, preparation and agreement. I'm also experienced in advising on tax relief for the remediation of contaminated land and enhanced reliefs for investment in energy-efficient and environmentally beneficial plant and machinery.
