I'm the Finance Partner for the firm, serving as Chief Financial Officer with primary responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all finance-related activities. This includes accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, risk management, deal analysis and supporting internal and external stakeholder relations.

Before taking on the finance role, I spent many years as an audit partner specialising in assurance and advisory services for growing enterprises. I led our Consumer Markets sector group, which more than doubled in size to almost 200 people during my tenure. My client work has been focused in the hotel and leisure sector, with significant experience in property, real estate and professional services firms.
