I have been working in the accountancy profession for over 30 years. I am a qualified accountant and licensed insolvency practitioner and I have a certificate in probate and deceased estate administration. I am licensed by the ICAEW and have specialised in realising and managing personal assets in insolvent estates. I also have invaluable practical experience as an accountant and in corporate restructuring.

I have had the privilege of being appointed trustee of the assets in hundreds of cases and dealt with property, belongings and causes of action in the UK and overseas. When necessary, I have instructed specialist agents and appointed directors in limited companies to maximise the shareholder value.

I am skilled in negotiation and mediation, balancing the interests of stakeholders which can be an important element of legal applications in disputed estates, to protect and enhance realisations.

My trusteeships include diverse professions including barristers, financial advisers, doctors, solicitors, accountants, singer songwriters and actors.

Entrepreneurs include directors, sole traders, consultants, and sectors covering farming, licensed premises and property developers.

Personally, I approach all situations in a straightforward manner with openness and collaboration, seeking to simplify the complexities but I will issue proceedings and pursue the recovery of assets in a commercial but tenacious manner.
