I've been working in the accountancy profession for over 30 years. I'm a qualified accountant and licensed insolvency practitioner with a certificate in probate and deceased estate administration. I specialise in realising and managing personal assets in insolvent estates.

I've been appointed trustee of the assets in hundreds of cases and dealt with property, belongings and causes of action in the UK and overseas. When necessary, I instruct specialist agents and appoint directors in limited companies to maximise shareholder value. I'm skilled in negotiation and mediation, balancing the interests of stakeholders, which can be an important element of legal applications in disputed estates.

My trusteeships cover diverse professions including barristers, financial advisers, doctors, solicitors, accountants and entertainers, as well as entrepreneurs including directors, sole traders and consultants across sectors from farming to property development. I approach all situations in a straightforward manner with openness and collaboration, but I will issue proceedings and pursue the recovery of assets in a commercial and tenacious manner.
