I was appointed Head of Business Restructuring in October 2024. I'm also a member of our Deals Executive, Head of Operations for our Deals and Consulting, Risk and Outsourcing streams, and a member of our Operations Executive.

As a Deals Partner, I lead teams and work collaboratively with clients and their multiple stakeholders, often with differing objectives, to deliver solutions to complex situations. I lead multi-skill projects that combine solutions such as independent financial, operational and options reviews, restructuring and insolvency, financial due diligence, improvement and turnaround, board and stakeholder engagement, internal audit and controls, pensions and tax.

I co-lead our Public Sector and Not for Profit restructuring team, delivering tailored solutions in partnership with our wider practice. During my secondment to UK Government Investments, the Government's centre of excellence in corporate governance and corporate finance, I led and contributed to several significant sector-first transactions.
