Tristan Oorloff

I lead our Financial Services focus across Digital, bringing together Transformation, Data & AI, Cyber and Cloud & Infrastructure. I also co-lead our Digital Transformation capability across UK and Ireland, helping organisations crosse-sector shape technology strategies, prioritise investment and build the delivery capability needed to turn plans into outcomes. People come to me when they need practical advice that connects boardroom ambition with operational execution.

I work with Banking, Insurance, Wealth, Fintech and Payments organisations across the UK and internationally. With more than 25 years' experience spanning professional services and senior industry leadership roles, I bring a blend of strategic and hands-on experience. My career has taken me from technology risk into major transformation programmes, including large-scale banking integrations, operating model change and technology modernisation across Australia, Asia and the UK.

One of the most rewarding parts of my career was leading transformation through culture, controls and data-driven innovation within a major bank. By rethinking how controls were managed and embedding new ways of working, I helped create the foundations for stronger risk management and improved business performance. I have also led complex core banking and finance platform transformations, bringing together large multi-country teams and strategic delivery partners to execute critical change programmes.

Outside work, you'll often find me exploring the countryside with my family and our dog. I also enjoy discovering new music, alongside a growing vinyl collection.
