Vanessa Bradley

I joined the firm in 1997 and have over 19 years' experience auditing firms in the financial services sector. I work with a broad range of FCA-regulated firms including broker-dealers, clearing firms, proprietary traders, investment managers, investment trusts and private equity firms.

I'm focused on the private equity and listed funds sectors and sit on the BVCA Legal and Technical Accountants group. I have a strong understanding of the regulatory challenges affecting investment firms and, alongside audit services, I've advised on control design and effectiveness reviews, client assets compliance and regulatory changes and investigations.

I have experience of the regulatory and financial reporting environments in the UK, US, Dublin, the Channel Islands and the Cayman Islands. I'm also a qualified CPA in the US, having spent two years working in our New York office.
