I'm a Tax Principal in our London Corporate and M&A team with more than 25 years' experience working with businesses in the Healthcare and Consumer sectors.

I build collaborative relationships with clients and work closely alongside them to provide a complete range of tax services. This spans advice on reorganisations, refinancing, demergers and entity elimination through to corporate tax compliance and tax reporting.

I have extensive experience drawing on the wealth of tax specialists within the firm and managing cross-discipline client service teams to provide joined-up advice. I enjoy making sure clients get the right expertise at the right time, without having to navigate the complexity themselves.
