I'm a Partner with many years of experience advising both domestic and international clients across a range of sectors. My clients range from large listed and AIM companies to smaller start-ups. I enjoy working alongside entrepreneurs on business and shareholder issues at every stage, from financing and building through to realisation and wealth protection.

I advise onshore and offshore businesses on structural, financing and other tax challenges that growing international companies face as they borrow, acquire, divest and reorganise. I also provide tax advice on property matters and investment structures including offshore funds and REITs.
