I am a leader with the International Institutions & Donor Assurance (IIDA) team, providing professional services to globally operating international funding institutions. 

With 30 years’ experience of providing business assurance and governance, risk and compliance advisory services to client partners in the public and private sectors, my work focusses on collaborating with the European Commission and its agencies, specifically DG Regional Development, DG Agriculture, the Horizon 2020 and Erasmus programme. 

International cooperation and development funding is where I excel and have a proven track record of adding strategic value to a diverse range of governmental organisations, including the German Development Agency and German Development Bank as well as various non-governmental organisations. 

I provide market-leading guidance on financial and systems audits, performance audits, forensic audits, institutional assessments, organisational and financial due diligence, and advice on risk management, governance, and audit strategy. I've led multinational teams across various locations and am skilled in managing cultural differences effectively, supported by my language skills.
