  • The most active Nomad on AIM IPOs in 2018 was Grant Thornton with six IPOs.
  • Numis Securities were the most successful Nomad in terms of IPO proceeds over this period, raising £220m from four IPOs, principally £151m for Yellow Cake.  Liberum Capital raised £165m from four IPOs, including the second largest IPO raise of the year for Urban Exposure (£150m).

  • BDO was the leading reporting accountant on AIM with eight IPOs in 2018.  The companies we acted for operate in a variety of sectors including financial services, support services, technology, chemicals and mining.
