Since 2015, BDO has assisted Davies Group, the insurance claims service provider, providing due diligence services in their acquisitions of seven businesses, being:

• MFS, a leading specialist motor claims business;
• Argent, a property adjusters business;
• Surveyorship Limited, a provider of basic hire rate evidence;
• Core Insurance Services Limited, a claims handling business;
• Cynergie UK Limited, a resourcing company;
• CMSL, a specialist casualty claims third party administrator; and
• ServiceTick Limited, a customer experience and analytics business.
