Ian Cooper

I'm a Partner in the Transaction Services Team in London. I lead the UK Capital Markets team specialising in London Stock Exchange and AIM transactions. I also specialise in buyside and sell side financial due diligence. I have extensive cross-border experience throughout the world.

I joined the corporate finance team in 1998, having previously qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Moores Rowland. I led the corporate finance team on the largest assignment undertaken by the UK firm, a £5bn flotation of a multi–territorial business on the full list of London Stock Exchange. That kind of complex, high-profile transaction is where I add most value.
