​BlueFocus Intl & Cogint announce agreement to combine businesses

BDO provided due diligence to Cogint Inc (the NASDAQ listed data-driven marketing business, with brands including Fluent) in relation to its merger with BlueFocus International (the China head quartered communications services group, including Canada based Vision7 and UK based We are Very Social and US based Indigo).

BDO teams from the US, UK and Canada worked together to help create a new global marketing services organization.
