I'm a Deal Advisory Partner based in London, leading the BDO Transaction Services team. I've been helping clients do better deals since 1998.

I collaborate with entrepreneurs, private equity investors and companies to maximise value as they navigate growth strategies through M&A and fundraising. I specialise in financial due diligence and have experience of hundreds of transactions, with a particular focus on technology businesses.

Having spent a year as a private equity investor, I know what it's like to commission advice and make investment decisions. That experience puts me in an excellent position to understand what makes a difference to a transaction and how I can add value. I take a bespoke approach to every client and every project, and enjoy making a difference.
