BDO has provided financial due diligence services on the acquisition of 8AM Global by Tatton Asset Management.
AIM listed TAM, the investment advisor and IFA support services group acquired 50% of the share capital of 8AM Global Ltd.
8AM Global is an investment manager primarily focussed on delivering risk profiled model portfolios and a small range of multi-manager funds which TAM believes will complement TAM's existing proposition.
