BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence and SPA advisory services to Main Capital Partners on its acquisition of a majority stake in Orgvue.

Orgvue is a strategic workforce management software provider that helps large enterprises design, plan and optimise their workforce structures through a cloud-based platform. Its technology enables organisations to understand workforce data, model organisational changes, evaluate future workforce scenarios and support large-scale transformation initiatives. With around 200 global enterprise customers, including HM Government, Mars, Danone and Aviva, and partnerships with more than 50 consulting firms, Orgvue has established itself as a leading platform for workforce planning and organisational design.

Main Capital's acquisition of Orgvue is intended to accelerate the company's next phase of growth by providing additional investment and strategic support. The partnership will focus on enhancing product innovation, expanding Orgvue's international presence, increasing adoption within its existing enterprise customer base, and pursuing targeted acquisitions that broaden its capabilities and market reach. With demand for continuous workforce planning growing among large organisations, Main's backing is expected to help Orgvue strengthen its market position, scale more rapidly and capitalise on long-term growth opportunities in the strategic workforce management software sector.

"Fantastic to have worked on Main's first acquisition from their UK office. Leveraging our experience of working with Main in the Netherlands we were able to deliver a consistent diligence methodology alongside bringing to bear our extensive UK SaaS / Software experience. Orgvue is well established in the global enterprise market, with workforce planning an attractive sector given the ongoing need for continuous planning as dynamics evolve."
