BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence services on the acquisition of Arab Labs Exhibition by Terrapinn Holdings Limited.
The Arab Labs Exhibition (ARABLAB LIVE) is the Middle East’s premier exhibition for the community of laboratory users in Chemical, Energy, Medical, BioTech, Food and Environment industries. The event was founded in 1982 and has grown to have over 10,000 attendees and over 500 exhibitors attending the event.
The acquisition expands the Science and Labs portfolio of Terrapinn and provides the opportunity of expanding the 'Lab Live' brand into other geographical markets.
