BDO provided financial and tax due diligence advice to The Humanetics Group, the global leader in safety testing and developer of crash test dummies, software modeling and custom sensor solutions, on its acquisition of ATD-Labtech GmbH, which offers state-of-the art Anthropomorphic Test Device (ATD) certification equipment, comprehensive ATD lab management software and dummy certification services. 

The acquisition is highly complimentary to Humanetics, as it helps bring to life its vision of a digitally driven and fully integrated set of solutions combining testing equipment, sensor technologies and integrated software.
