BDO provided financial due diligence services for the acquisition of the Central Coast Mariners FC (CCM) by Total Soccer Growth Holdings (TSG).

The new ownership brings stability back to CCM, which had been placed into the stewardship of the Australian Professional Leagues (APL) since early-2026.

The acquisition includes the club’s men’s A-League team and academy structure, incorporating both men’s and women’s development pathways.

It further validates the international-standing of the A-League and its players, increasing investment into the sport globally, and growing theme of multi-club ownership.

"We are thrilled to have supported Total Soccer Growth Holdings (TSG), who are building a multi-club ownership model. We really enjoyed working with the team and the transaction was also a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our BDO Australia colleagues.

The deal hopefully helps to bring stability back to Central Coast Mariners FC after recent turbulent times, and points towards a bright future. We are excited to see what the future holds for the club."
