Acquisition of Charterhouse Voice and Data by August Equity

BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence to support August Equity in their acquisition of a majority share of Charterhouse Voice and Data. Charterhouse is a unified communications and cyber security provider and this acquisition will help fund an M&A strategy aimed at building a broad based unified comms, cyber and IT managed services business.
