Acquisition of Correla Limited by NorthEdge Capital LLP

BDO provided financial due diligence for NorthEdge in connection with its acquisition of Correla, following the divestment of the subsidiary by the gas industry’s central data service provider Xoserve.  

Correla provides technology and data services to the gas industry and will continue to provide services back to Xoserve by way of a commercial contract.  

The acquisition will allow Correla to invest in its data platforms and expand into alternative energy markets through organic growth and potential acquisitions.
