Acquisition of Everest Limited by Better Capital

BDO has recently advised turnaround specialist Better Capital on its acquisition of 95%25 of Everest Limited. Everest is a leading consumer brand in the manufacture, installation and supply of PVCu and aluminium windows, doors, conservatories, roofline products and other home improvement projects. The fund has committed £25m to finance the acquisition and to fund the working capital and restructuring requirements.
