Executive summary
I'm a Partner in the Transaction Services team covering the Thames Valley and Solent regions. I have 28 years' experience in corporate finance, specialising in due diligence reviews for Vendor DD, corporate acquisitions, private equity investments and AIM and London Stock Exchange transactions.
I've worked on over 250 transactions in the £10m to £250m range, with a particular focus on the technology, industrial products and travel sectors. A number of my clients return regularly, which reflects the level of service and insight I bring to each transaction. The due diligence teams I oversee won the 2025 Insider Business Magazine Due Diligence Provider of the Year for the Thames Valley and also for the Solent.
