Acquisition of Ground Engineering Limited by Delta-Simons, a division of Lucion Group

BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence on the acquisition of Ground Engineering Limited by Delta-Simons, a division of Lucion Group Limited.

Ground Engineering Ltd specialises in the provision of site investigation services and geotechnical testing, expanding the capabilities of the Geo-Environmental team within Delta-Simons. This acquisition is the first made by Delta-Simons since its integration into the Lucion Group in April 2021.
