BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence to Giacom to support its acquisition of Inty Holdings Limited from US based ScanSource. IntY is a UK Microsoft cloud services provider which is headquartered in Bristol.
This acquisition scales Giacom’s Microsoft cloud capabilities in the rapidly evolving cloud services market and further strengthens its position as the largest provider of Microsoft licensing to the small and medium-sized business focused UK channel.
