BDO’s Life Sciences & Healthcare Strategy & Commercial Due Diligence team provided buy-side commercial due diligence support to Ethos Partners on its partnership with Labyrinth Laboratory Group, one of the UK’s leading dental laboratory groups.

Labyrinth provides a full suite of dental products, including crowns and bridges, dentures, orthodontics, implants and whitening to more than 2,000 dentists nationwide across the NHS and private sectors. As an early adopter of digital dentistry technologies, Labyrinth has established strong customer advocacy and a loyal nationwide customer base, with the Group delivering strong growth in recent years (c.20% revenue CAGR), underpinned by its market-leading digital capabilities and reputation for quality and service.

BDO assessed Labyrinth’s market position, customer dynamics, competitive differentiation and growth potential, supporting Ethos throughout the commercial due diligence process. The partnership will enable the Group to accelerate the roll-out of its digital scanner proposition and further strengthen its market position, building on its technical expertise, digitally enabled platform and long-standing customer relationships.
