Acquisition of Livewire Sport Limited by Two Circles Limited

BDO has provided buy-side financial and tax due diligence services on the acquisition of Livewire Sport Limited by Two Circles Limited.

Two Circles, a Sports marketing agency, has acquired fellow London-based marketing enterprise LiveWire Sport.

LiveWire, which delivers content for clients such as Wimbledon, the Premier League, Formula 1, World Rugby and the England & Wales Cricket Board, will become the content vertical of Two Circles. Two Circles already work with more than 300 sports rights-owners.

The deal takes Two Circle’s headcount to over 450 across five international offices and provides the opportunity for an expanded service offering to the combined client base.
