BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence for Trispan Rising Stars in connection with its investment in Pho.
Pho opened its first restaurant in 2005 and has grown to become a leading casual Vietnamese restaurant group in the UK, operating 30 restaurants. Following the impact of the pandemic, Trispan's investment will enable the Management team to commence the next phase of its growth journey and open more Pho restaurants in the UK and beyond.
