The addition of PMG to the Enovert Group sees the continued expansion of Enovert’s specialist waste treatment and disposal services and follows other acquisitions made by Enovert.
BDO provided financial due diligence, taxation due diligence, SPA and completion mechanism advisory services to Enovert in relation to the acquisition.
