Acquisition of Reference Point Limited by Causeway Technologies Limited

BDO has provided Financial Due Diligence services on the acquisition of Reference Point Limited by Causeway Technologies Limited.

Causeway Technologies, the construction technology solutions provider has acquired Reference Point, a provider of software solutions to the construction and utilities sectors.

The acquisition is Causeway’s third acquisition since Five Arrows’ investment in the business in 2021.

The acquisition of Reference Point will allow Causeway to provide customers with a single solution platform. Reference Point's technologies include SkillGuard, a smart mobile workforce management system, GencardaSuite, a digital management system for memberships and communities and CourseSight, the training management and booking system.
