Acquisition of S H Landes LLP by Hawksford Group Holdings Limited

Hawksford Group Holdings Limited, a Jersey-based professional services firm, acquired the corporate services division of S H Landes LLP in order to provide the Hawksford group with access to the London market.

Hawksford identified London as one of the leading top-tier international finance centres with their clients now able to benefit from the extended services the Hawksford group is able to offer.
