Morris McLellan Limited has completed the acquisition of Templegate Electrical Supplies Limited.
Morris McLellan, a mechanical and electrical engineering firm with an electrical hardware distribution division, is headquartered in Bristol and has branches in Cheltenham, Dorchester, Newport and Swansea.
The merger will allow Templegate to extend better customer value, stock ranges and service and enhance purchasing power, logistics and operational efficiencies whilst creating opportunities in a growing, vibrant business.
