Acquisition of the Cosulich Group of Companies by Charles Taylor

BDO provided financial due diligence to Charles Taylor on its acquisition of Lab Cosulich Consultants (LCC) and CMC Marine (CMC) (together, ‘Cosulich Marine Consultants’).

The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of December 2020.

The deal sees Charles Taylor bolster its marine capabilities. The Cosulich Group provides leading services in scientific consultancy, surveying and testing services for the marine and insurance industries.  The Group is headquartered in Genoa, Italy with operations in the Middle East and Singapore.
