Acquisition of The NAV People by FPE

We provided buyside financial and tax due diligence to FPE, a private equity house born out of the Fleming family office on its acqusition of a controlling shareholding in The NAV People ("TNP") from its founders. TNP, is a value added reseller of Microsoft Dynamics NAV enterprise resource planning software and services to mid-sized UK corporates.
