Global facilities management service provider, Atalian Servest, made its first acquisitions since forming as a result of the recent merger between Atalian and Servest.
Atalian Servest further strengthened its offering in the contract catering sector through the acquisition of Unique Catering.
Unique Catering provides fully managed staff restaurants, deli bars, vending and hospitality services. The acquisition brings sites in the commercial, retail, leisure and manufacturing sectors. Following the success of Atalian Servest’s B&I brand Angel Hill Food Co. and in-house coffee brand Groundhouse, the expertise and support from the Unique team will enable Atalian Servest to continue developing new markets.
