Craig Martin

I lead the Transaction Services team in Scotland and am passionate about helping UK and international clients with sell-side, buy-side and refinancing due diligence on transactions across Scotland, the UK and globally.

I've been involved in deal advisory for nearly 25 years and have worked on many transactions, using my experience to help a mix of mid-market PE and corporates create and then realise value. I enjoy collaborating with the wider business to deliver integrated sell-side or buy-side support.

While I enjoy working across a number of sectors, I focus on real estate, support services and IT services in particular.
