Terrapinn, the International exhibition organiser, has completed the acquisitions of Digital Health Festival in Australia, and EV Charging Summit & Expo in the US, adding to their already significant portfolio of global events. BDO provided financial and tax due diligence support on both acquisitions.
DHF is an annual conference and trade show held annually in May in Melbourne, with over 8,000 attendees, 350 exhibitors, 125 start-ups and 400 speakers . It serves the entire community of health professionals and their tech partners as the world searches for different, better and more cost-effective therapies and solutions. It is a great fit for the existing tech-oriented events hosted by Terrapinn, such as Edutech and Tech in Government.
EVCS is an annual conference and trade show held every March in Las Vegas, featuring 250+ exhibitors and over 5,000 delegates. It brings together the community of charge point operators across North America and is a marketplaces for charging infrastructure and related services. Exhibitors from around the globe showcase innovations and solutions shaping the future of electric vehicle charging.
