ULS Technology plc: placing and admission of the entire issued and to be issued share capital to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc. As part of the transaction, the Group undertook a primary placing of £5m (new money) and a secondary placing of £7.1m (to selling shareholders, including Lloyds Development Capital).
