BDO has provided tax due diligence and tax structuring services on the acquisition of Kvadrant Consulting A/S by Elixirr International PLC.
Kvadrant is a founder-led, fast growing consultancy headquartered in Copenhagen focused on driving growth for its clients through commercial transformation.
This transaction is Elixirr's first acquisition in the Nordic region and is the eighth acquisition since its AIM IPO in 2020 and marks the second transaction since Elixirr joined the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in July 2025.
