Acquisition of Kingswood Care Services Limited by Look Ahead Care & Support

BDO provided financial due diligence for Look Ahead Care and Support on its acquisition of Kingswood Care Services Limited.

Kingswood is a care home and assisted living operator based in Essex. It was founded in 1998.

Kingswood operates five residential care homes in Essex, as well as offering supported living for people in their own homes.

The acquisition sees Look Ahead continue to extend its care and support coverage in London and the South East.
