Acquisition of SustainAbility Ltd by ERM

BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence support to ERM on their acquisition of SustainAbility Ltd (SA). 

ERM is a global provider of environmental, health, safety, risk, social consulting services and sustainability related services. They have more than 160 offices in over 40 countries and territories employing more than 4,700 people.

SA is a think tank and advisory firm that works with businesses to build a sustainable economy, with offices in London (UK), New York and the San Francisco Bay Area (USA). 

This is the second in a series of acquisitions for ERM, which is growing its capability in sustainability advisory services.
